Apartment building with commercial premises
The main idea is bringing the old city of Tallinn to the harbour to create a new unique, exciting district.
The three bended, linear apartment blocks create very specific inner lanes- compareable to Katharinengasse or some other old lanes in Tallinn.
All apartments are crossventilated and all two-storey apartments have doublehight living rooms.
The apartments , which are not directly orientated to the exterior of the site facing the the sea or the city get oriels to get direct views to the seaside and the city.
The shopping mall covers the whole groundlevel of the site , two attractive passageways with natural light from above lead through this area.
On the first level, where the main entrances for the apartments are located, the areas on top of the inner promenades are used for restaurants and bars to vitalize the whole area.
